This superior 2 bedroom apartment, one bathroom has a large terrace with an amazing ocean view. The man-made beach below is only a few steps away. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, TV and WiFi. The apartment is in quiet residential neighborhood very close to the cruise ship terminal, bustling Philipsburg with all the shops and beach restaurants and Great Bay Beach.

The space
This superior two bedroom, one bathroom apartment sleeps four. The private large terrace provides breathtaking view of the ocean and the surrounding islands of St. Barth, Saba, St. Eustatius, and St. Kits & Nevis. The early birds can enjoy the sunrise over St. Barth. Walk down the stairs to the man made beach with beach chairs and a gazebo.
The master room has a queen size bed complete with air conditioning, ceiling fan, two nightstands and a large closet. The second bedroom room has a full bed with a ceiling fan and a nightstand. Both bedrooms and bathroom include all necessary linens and towels.
The apartment includes a full kitchen with all the amenities including full size refrigerator and stove, iron with iron board, blender, coffee maker, hot water maker, pots, pans, dishes, glassware and eating and cooking utensils.
The living area includes a L shape couch a coffee table, LED TV and WiFi Internet connection.

Guest access

The apartment is located in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood. The "Fairway Mark It" supermarket is conveniently located a 5 minutes drive away. Parking for a visit to Phillipsburg with the tax free shops in Front street and Great Bay beach is just on the left before the supermarket. You can do a 20 min hike to the Devil's Cupper natural pool. If you like, you can feed the iguanas next to the street or visit the natural Jacuzzi cave next to the property.
